Return & Refunds

While we do our best to make sure that the quality of the products we deliver is unsurpassed, if something about our products or service does not meet your expectations,
we will always go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction.

We guarantee that all products are new and genuine as described.
We want you to know what you are buying and be confident that you will always get what you pay for when shopping at our online store.

If not completely satisfied, please:
Contact our sales department for return address. Please, specify your order confirmation number.
Return merchandise within two weeks of delivery for replacement or full refund (excluding Shipping costs).
Product must be returned to us in its original condition, with the original sales slip. Product must be returned to us with its original boxing.
Custom made items are not cancelable or returnable for refund.

Thank you for choosing United Trading for Porcelain & Arts (UTPA). We are committed to providing safe and reliable delivery for all orders placed through our website.

1. Delivery Coverage
Currently, UTPA delivers exclusively within Amman. Delivery outside Amman is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery within:
• 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed after business hours, on Fridays, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
• Online Payment — Customers may pay securely online through our website.
• Pay on Delivery (Cash on Delivery)
• Cash and credit card are accepted for Pay on Delivery.
• Drivers do not carry change for large bills; customers are encouraged to prepare the exact amount.

4. Order Processing
• Orders are prepared once payment is completed or after confirming Pay on Delivery.
• If an item is unavailable, our team will contact you before processing.
• Fragile items (porcelain, glassware, crystal, sculptures) are packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees within Amman are calculated at checkout based on:
• Your exact location

6. Delivery Method
Deliveries are carried out by Sweiss, not a third party.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is dispatched.

7. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach the customer:
1. A second delivery attempt will be arranged.
2. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our store and re-delivery fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with:
• Order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our Return Policy.

9. Click & Collect (If Available)
Customers may pick up their orders from our store:
• Pickup time: 24–48 hours after order confirmation
• A notification will be sent once the order is ready
• Pickup available only during official working hours

10. Delivery Delays
Although we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
• Heavy traffic in Amman
• Weather conditions
• Unforeseen logistical issues
